Business context
A sales funnel takes the customer from the stage of getting to know the product or service to making a purchase.
The more valuable and demanding the product or service, the more understanding and accurate communication it requires on subsequent elements of the funnel.
The customer journey consists of several experiences such as webinars, 1-on-1 meetings and quizzes, and each stage requires dedicated, precise and personalized communication to maintain engagement.
The problem
Purchasing a premium product or service requires that the buyer clearly understands the need and value that purchasing the product or service will bring to them.
With a growing number of customers, the problem is to synchronize all communication with manual messages, which results in hundreds of repetitive and manual messages and the risk of errors.
The Solution
Based on the sales funnel, we started sequentially combining the customer's stages on the way to purchasing a product.
Automating each of the separate steps and combining them into one coherent path led to sales funnel automation.
Additionally, each step is measured and recorded in consistent statistics.
Result
We have built communication automation in which the customer can navigate through subsequent elements of the customer journey and receive appropriate messages at the appropriate stage.
The team has insight into who reports at a specific stage.
