Introduction
Autohauslager, a platform for car sales intermediaries, needed a system to automate communication and display available cars between sellers and buyers.
The main challenge was synchronising car information between both parties.

Autohauslager connects car sellers and buyers through a streamlined platform.
Sellers add cars for sale, and buyers browse and purchase them.
The admin controls visibility of cars via an internal "Backoffice" system.
Buyers view cars on an external marketplace.
Challenge
Autohauslager struggled with synchronizing car information between sellers and buyers. Additionally, margin details needed to be accessible only to the business owner.
Solution
We developed a web application and backoffice system with the following features:
- Adding cars and clients

Implementation
We developed a comprehensive system consisting of a web application and a backoffice, enabling various functionalities:

Automation and Integration
- Automated email notifications for new cars, progress updates, and reservations via Sendgrid.
- Data and process integration between Airtable, Bubble.io, and Sendgrid using Make.com.
- Real-time data synchronization between sellers and buyers.
- Automated content translation on the site using Weglot.

The implementation resulted in significant time savings and improved efficiency.
